Orders are added to the production queue 24-hours after purchase and we are unable to adjust it after it is added to the production queue. Our products are all hand-made and printed to order; this allows us to offer unique high quality items at discounted prices. Unfortunately, after the 24-hour adjustment window has expired we are unable to make any adjustments.
